Nice to Meet You!

I’m Sarah — the designer and maker behind M+H Beads. I’m a wife, mom to twin boys Miller + Hank (the M+H!), and a Physician Assistant by day. What began as a creative outlet and a lifelong love of jewelry has grown into a small business that brings together so many things I love: creating with my hands, finding beautiful and unusual materials, connecting with my community, and making pieces that bring a little extra color and joy to everyday life. Giving back is also an important part of M+H, and a portion of our proceeds is donated to a local medical clinic providing free care to those in need.

Most M+H pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, so there’s always something new to discover. I love sourcing beads and charms from near and far and turning them into jewelry that feels collected, playful, and completely unique.
